Record Description : This is a computer listing of all assets documented by the Fixed Asset Management System as reported by customer state agencies. If an agency has not had any activity with the system for two (2) years, a letter is sent to the agency inquiring if there is a problem or if the agency has not had any transactions that needed to be reported in that time period. If agency does not respond, it is assumed that the agency is not participating in the program and that the data is not accurate. A notice is sent to the agency notifying them that their records will be deleted if they do not respond.
