Record Description : This series contains: Published agency "Benchmark Agency Evaluations" and Performance Audits. This series evaluates state agency records programs -- both active and inactive files management, micrographics, vital records, electronic records, and storage practices against the eleven standard functions. After the initial agency evalutaion, a follow up audit is performed to evaluate the degree of compliance with the eleven standard functions. Series also includes sets of each retained by DAS, State Archives, and the State Library.
