Record Description : This record series consists of the Copy Center Printing Order (ADM 0515 or ADM0520) which lists all the specifications needed for a printing job done by the Copy Center. Listed is the paper type, size and color, format, ink color, how packaged, and, if stapled, collated, padded, punched or folded. Also, lists agency name and address, number of sheets, coding, date, and requested delivery date. PPO X-file forms are attached to the corresponding printing orders for a cancelled job.
